The EBDAC Foundation is committed to bite equality, start to finish, beginning to end - because the last bite is also a right. The Liberate All Stranded Tastiness Project is dedicated to bringing rapid-response intervention to marginalized flavor communities. Our specialized task force is deployed to de-risk the end-of-lifecycle phase for packaged goods, executing proactive outreach to geographically-challenged culinary assets. We facilitate their seamless integration from a state of static isolation into the dynamic consumption ecosystem, ensuring no savory particle remains un-savored. Our mission statement: We Scrape, So Others May Spread.
As the EBDAC marks its octennial anniversary on September 17, 2025, we reflect on a proven track record of paradigm-shifting success within the bite-equality sector. Yet, past triumphs do not guarantee future stability. In light of current macroeconomic pressures on household resource allocation, the mission to secure every last drop has evolved from a philosophical best-practice to a mission-critical imperative. To meet this moment with the gravity it deserves, the Board of Directors has unanimously chartered the formation of a new oversight body: The Strategic Committee for the Reclamation of All Pantry Elements (S.C.R.A.P.E.). This committee is mandated to harmonize the efforts of all field projects, from J.B.I to L.A.S.T., and to deploy next generation solution that ensure end-to-end pantry security in an era of unprecedented remnant-related volatility.
We will stay true to our mission while leading the world in becoming the gold standard in residue reclamation. In the fight against waste, we scrape the bottom, so you can reach the top.
